Fergalicious
Ever wonder how Fergie keeps up such a hot bod? The 37-year-old told Rachael Ray she works out four times a week and loves to hike and jump rope (she doubles up on sports bras for that one). When she does cheat on her routine, she goes for Amy’s Enchiladas with cheddar cheese. Via US Weekly

Night Owl
If you want a midnight snack before you hit the sack, there’s definitely a right and a wrong way to squash the craving. Avoid greasy, fat-filled, high-carb and spicy foods and opt for something small and light like a piece of fruit. Via Prevention

Bald Barbie
Last week Mattel announced on their Facebook page that they are coming out with a bald “friend of Barbie” doll. The company plans on distributing the dolls in hospitals to help send a positive message of beauty directly to girls who are most affected by hair loss. What an awesome initiative! Via MSNBC

Chocolate Dream
Indulging in dessert doesn’t always mean weight gain, according to a new study. Those who consume chocolate on a regular basis were found to have lower body mass indexes. Not to mention that chocolate has been found to help speed up metabolism. Now this is a study we can get behind. Via Medical News Today

She Eats WHAT?
Mad Men star January Jones made headlines last week when she told People magazine that she eats the placenta from the birth of her son last September via capsules. It sounds strange, but Jones isn’t the first to advocate consuming afterbirth. There are no scientific studies confirming the health benefits, but it sure has the mommy blogosphere talking.
